Intense, honest, passionate and competitive are just a few choice words to describe Jordan Modiano. With his own black and white versions of right and wrong and a deep understanding of people Jordan has incredible inner and outer clarity about life.
School was never Jordan’s cup of tea and he went straight to work in the auto industry after high school. Years later he decided to get his Associates degree in Business and did that in two years while working full time. Then he began the path of his bachelor’s degree but decided the education he could provide for himself would be more beneficial that the coursework he was taking.
Born and raised on Long Island, Jordan and his wife moved to the Capital Region in 1999 where they have made their home. Jordan’s passions start with his daughter and wife, but includes his family, friends and work. He’s a work hard and play hard person, whose personal mission is to change the world, for one person at a time.
After getting out of the auto industry, Jordan spent the better part of 20 years in the advertising industry, and in early 2015 decided it was time for another change. He wanted to do something that would make a big difference and impact people differently than he’d done before. After looking at many opportunities, Jordan found Express Employment Professionals. With the company’s vision to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people, it seemed to be a natural calling. With full support of his family and friends Jordan Modiano opened Express Employment Professionals of Albany in September of 2015 and opened the Saratoga NY office in late 2019.
